With over 20 years of combined experience, we wanted to offer our clients more than just a workout, we wanted to offer them an experience. Over the years we have found that individuals were more motivated to work out when they were having fun, working out with family & friends, or in the comfort of their own environment. We as a company have found a way to incorporate all of these elements and at the same time still deliver high-intensity workouts. Our mission is to be the fitness factor in our client's weight-loss and fitness journey. OUR TRAINING MODEL
Muscular Power & Speed
A combination of load training, plyometric, isometric & tolerance training. our strength session will build muscle which will increase your metabolism.
Stability Mobility Training
We incorporate corrective exercises for postural, mobility and stability deviations. Functional movements will help support the physical demands of life and a core focus will improve posture, balance, stability, and coordination.
Cardiovascular & Muscular Endurance
We use low intensity aerobic exercises to build cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Focusing on learning proper form for basic movements.
Agility & Coordination
Performance Training technics that involve change of direction and reactivity drills will improve proprioception and trigger physiological adaptations.
